- Basic: ₦0/month. Free for single-receptionist desks replacing their paper visitor logbook via browser. Includes pre-registration, QR check-in, and 30-day retention.
- Starter: ₦84,400/month. Adds digital check-in & check-out signatures, security watchlist screening, CSV data imports/exports, 90-day retention, and higher resource limits (browser-assisted reception).
- Pro: Get a quote. Includes up to 2 self-service kiosk terminals, mandatory visitor photo capture, kiosk staff exit clearance, touchscreen NDA & document signing, emergency evacuation mode, event management, and multi-location support.
- Enterprise: Get a quote. Includes up to 5 kiosk terminals, Shared Facility Directory (Resident Companies), Slack/Teams webhook integrations, 365-day retention, SLA, and custom onboarding.
- On-Premise: Contact sales. Private infrastructure deployment with unlimited resources, full data sovereignty, and custom integrations.
Annual billing: Save 20% when you pay annually. Toggle the billing cycle on the pricing page.
Value Added Tax (VAT): All subscription prices listed in NGN are inclusive of 7.5% VAT.
Upgrading Your Plan
Navigate to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. You'll see your current plan, usage metrics, and an upgrade button. Plan changes take effect immediately, and your new features unlock instantly.
